Building Design
This typical 3 bedroom semi on Sydneys beach suburb of Coogee required extensive additions to accommodate a growing family. Now a three storey home, the central level was maintained and renovated, with a new basement utility room and top floor bedrooms and bathrooms added. A north facing contemporary dormer peeks over the front fence, bring sunlight into the bedrooms.
